Kiahni Pinnock Lucas brings deep experience and compassion to her role as Head Consultant for Membership Intake. As a former LCA co-living member, she understands firsthand the importance of safe, respectful shared housing. Kiahni is a NYC Chaplain, licensed mediator, and certified medical technician with a strong background in administration. She is also the founder of A Mother’s Love and Beyond Organization, which focuses on autism awareness. Her lived experience across many walks of life allows her to connect with new members authentically and support their transition with empathy and professionalism.
